"Really am happy with the service that is provided by the management team. Taylor has been very helpful whenever I have questions about rent or events around the apartment. Josh also is very friendly and was able to answer questions I had about rent. Amy and Lisbeth was also very pleasant and friendly when I see them. Nathan and Cesar have been very snappy in their repairs and are able to identify what the problem is really swiftly. Really love this group. I enjoy my stay here."

"It's honestly very disheartening that I'm even making a review about this.. I've lived at the preserve for almost 2 years now and up until 3 months ago, I had no complaints. I loved this place so much that I even moved and upgraded units. From the time of my second move though, everything has went downhill. The unit was not ready for anyone to move into. The dishwasher is broken, the dryer is broken, there isn't hot water or even the water pressure to use the hot water, and the condition of the bathtub is awful, it looks like the shower head is molding. I can't leave my dog out of his cage since we moved because the door to enter the garage is broken and doesn't stay shut so he gets stuck in the garage when I leave for the day. Management is aware of all the issues I've been experiencing because I had detailed notes on my move in checklist and not a thing has been done about it. My work order for these issues was reviewed 2 months ago and still remains incomplete. With the new management that has taken over, I would strongly advise renters to look elsewhere when looking for a new apartment. All I know is I honestly can't wait for my lease to be up so I can move somewhere where I feel welcomed and like my concerns as a tenant are being taken care of."

"I loved these apartments! Nice quiet community. Safe area and a great price. I lived here for a year and a half and only left due to relocating out of state. If I ever moved back to Indy, I’d be back at The Preserve. The office over time has gotten behind with answering the phones and returning emails but I think they’ve had a few changes with their company staff. My only complaint would be during my first year my dryer went out and maintenance took a month to finally replace it after making multiple attempts to fix it. But, Maintenance was always quick to come out no matter if it was a regular request or emergency. Nice well lit entry ways to your front door. Parking was a pain as spots are limited and my neighbors would often let their visitors park in front of the units which is prohibited. I only experienced noise issues when my new neighbors moved in next door and they were pretty loud at night. Luckily I moved out a few months after but overall, this is a great complex with upgraded appliances and finishes. I loved my entry way stair access to my apartment and the patio. First floor apartments don’t have patios though they have ‘front porches’ so be aware of that. But I had stairs so this allowed me to have a patio at the back of my unit being on the second floor. Valet trash was convenient and always came in the mornings on time. I worked from home and had no issues living here and felt safe as a single young adult. Not everyone has the same experience with apartments but mine was almost perfect."
