"Aminata and Di’Anti have been nothing but a pleasure everytime I come into speak or have a request needed. They help make living here enjoyable. They definitely get a 5 star! There’s definitely a few things that could be improved. There’s been thefts, and it’s causing people in the neighborhood not to want to stay here. Along with my apartment needing updates that could help make my living situation better. I’ve lived here for years and I still don’t have new carpet from when the previous tenants moved, etc."

"This place has gone downhill with management they promise you can move in by a certain date and then they tell you that your place will not be ready on that date after you’ve been calling the office several times trying to get in touch with them they don’t care they have a place to stay But in the meantime, others have to go to hotels or live with other people and inconvenience other people because The management is horrible disrespectful and don’t care. I suggest you look over this place before you decide to rent ride through and check out different things that go on get a tour of the apartment make sure that the people say your apartment is ready then it’s ready if they don’t call you back with an amount of time find you another place to move to, because they will have you out on the streets"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! THEY ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!!!! The property is doing nothing about it and don’t care about the lively hood of their residents. They have their residents living in filth…it’s disgusting!!!!! They sit in the office all day doing nothing to resolve this issue. They send someone out on Wednesdays, he comes, does 1 spray in 1 area then leaves like that’s supposed to make a difference. I will be calling the health department and the news to report them."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible horrible horrible is all I can say. Been dealing with mice and roaches. Doing everything I can to get rid of them, told the office that their pest control doesn’t work because it doesn’t do anything all they say is to keep trying. I’ve been trying for 2 years now. I’m finally getting rid of them on my own. There have been calls made to the health department because of this complex (not by me but my neighbors). Don’t move in if you don’t absolutely have to. Dealt with a leak in my ceiling right after moving in. They go up on rent but I can’t tell where my money is going! The office employees sit and talk about you to other residents and are completely unprofessional! They go through managers faster than any other place I’ve seen. Counting down the days til my lease ends"
