"I really tried to give this place a chance, from day 1, I was skeptical due to the appearance of the office and how I was greeted by the person behind the window. After seeing the psychiatrist I realized I think I could have helped her more then she was able to help me, just really gives off a feeling of uncertainty. Trying to reach this office on the phone or get a returned call is a task in itself. After messed up appointments and people here seeming to be unaware of what's going on with anything. I decided I was not returning. This place has a lot of work to be done, it's a shame someone already depressed and sad trys reaching out for help and has to have this experience."
"No person to return calls for psychiatrist appointment after they bought out St Francis. Counseling sessions scheduled and office not even open during those hours."
"St. Francis patients are going without their psychotropic medications due to the lack of an adequate plan put in place by Meridian Health services who took over for St. Francis. I called the front desk and refill lines everyday for a week when my pharmacy told me my prescriptions were no longer valid and had no luck reaching them whatsoever. I eventually decided to take initiative and visited them in person. When I drove up to their office for medication refills, the staff told me they could not refill my medications without a new patient appointment. I made an appointment and was automatically given a new psychiatrist by the name of “Dr. Sanders”. Dr. Sanders basically told me he had no prior information on me, then proceeded to conduct a 30 min evaluation just to tell me that all my former diagnoses made by my prior psychiatrist were “inadequate” and that I had been “misdiagnosed”. He then refused to refill one of my medications I’ve been given for 5 years straight. As a “doctor” you should be ashamed to think that you have any kind of credibility to diagnose me within a timeframe of 30 min over the experience of someone I had been seeing me for 5 years. If you were unsure about the medication, maybe try following up and monitoring patients instead of refusing them. Dr. Sanders made it very clear to me he cares more about his license than the mental health of his patients. He didn’t seem to care for what he does besides the paycheck that’s being cut for him. Common sense and ethics can’t be found here. If you were a former St. Francis patient look somewhere else and save yourself the headache!"
"Had an appointment 5 months ago set for today BEWARE your appt with St Francis will not be upheld to new owners. They don’t have our charts so we are all new patients! I have been seeing St Francis psychiatric specialists for 22 years and this is sad and upsetting right from the word go. We was sent a letter nothing would change but the business name! LIES LIES LIES! I will give them one more chance to make things right then I’m leaving. This is RIDICULOUS!"
"Pharmacy called my husband and told him his prescription was no longer valid. I called to find out what was going on. Whom ever I spoke to was rude for absolutely no reason and finished my sentence because this is happening a lot. So St.Francis patients are going without their psych meds. And they are absolutely no help at all. If you were a former St.Francis patient look somewhere else. They told me that they don't have our files. So you may as well start looking for a place that treats their patients like humans"
