Cox Creek at Reagan Crossing

"Nice place to stay for 6 months but way to expensive for a possibly overload on the overall electrical of the complex (electrical flickers multiple times a month). If something breaks you might as well fix it yourself because you will be charged anyway. You have to pay for trash service that comes, who knows when. I've lived here for 8 months and have seen the trash crew 3 times (that I pay for). Would recommend just renting a house because it's going to be the same thing, you would just have to cut the grass."

"I’ve been an active resident of Cox Creek Apartments for over a year and so far it has been a great experience. From the office staff to maintenance- it’s all 5 starts! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and modern-looking apartment!"

"This place should definitely be investigated for poor fair housing practices. They literally pick and choose who they want to live there. There is no standard or explanation for the approval process. I definitely believe they are targeting a specific demographic and discriminating against another.I had filled out an application around august because I just moved from out of state gave them everything they asked for called about 2-3 weeks later to know what was going on the lady said I was not approved and I said why how come she couldn’t give me an answer and stated they sent a letter never received the letter never got no response from them mind you I was the one that called they did not bother to call to give me an update application fee and holding fee just gone we are almost in a new year still never received a letter from them."

"My experience has been fairly limited, as I just moved in to Cox Creek, but it's great so far. The staff has been excellent in accommodating me in my quick apartment hunt. Not only that, but now that I've been here a couple days, they have still been fantastic to work with. Of all the other places I visited and viewed, Cox Creek was, and is, one of the nicest in terms of the apartment complex style. Not only that, but of all the places I viewed, it was really the only one to feel like home."

"My apartment search quickly came to an end after discovering Cox Creek. The other "competition" was either overpriced, old and outdated, or just wasn't what we were looking for. The location is just right and the layout works out quite nicely. I really liked that there were only two apartment layouts- a one bedroom and two bedroom. All the apartments are built the same and there's no discrepancy with the prices. We were able to put down a deposit for a brand new apartment (that wasn't even finished yet) months in advance! The staff is incredible and will really take care of you."
