"I'm grateful for the Bourbon Veterinary Clinic! Close to home and gentle with my fur babies. However, this last visit Tues, Feb 6th, 2024, I didn't appreciate the dark haired, heavy set gals rude and negative remarks about MY pets name TWICE, nor her inability to hardly greet, welcome, pay any attention further than her rude remarks thrown at me, due to her scanning the web for scrub tops with animal print on them. On both the computer monitor at the desk and the one customers can see in the divider hallway about 4 ft away from the reception desk. I spent good money that day, as well as scheduled an expensive surgery a couple of weeks ahead for my fur baby. Yet, couldn't be given respect nor hardly the time of day by the first and last person (same person) I interacted with on our scheduled appointment day. All other techs I encountered were great! Thank you so much to them! Bringing in my pets, my fur babies, MY FAMILY IN PET FORM, is a big deal to me! So is spending hundreds of dollars. I hope this is seen and appropriate action is taken. At the least, she needs a refresher course on Customer Service and Etiquette."

"Had my female cat fixed here. She developed 2 lumps near the incision. We emailed them pictures. They said oh we need to see her. Went to appointment that day. Where they said it was infection most likely, gave her some antibiotics, fluids. All this is whatever, stuff happens. What I'm upset with is that they charged us another 40 dollars for that... On top of the original fee for having her fixed. Imo that makes zero sense for us the consumer. Makes perfect sense for them. Maybe not a scam. But it feels like it."
