"Firstly, the staff are excellent. Love everyone who works here. 5-star staff. The facility itself isn’t great. Many promised amenities are not available. The floors in the units desperately need to be redone, even for renewing residents (of course). Dry wall is cracking. Exterior windows need to be cleaned."

"Our move in experience was the WORST. We were told the apartment was ready to move in. But first, the months leading up to this point was a series of emails from staff changing our agreed upon apartment. So we get a move in date, opened the door to pure filth. The apartment had not been cleaned/ it must have been dirty for weeks with no air conditioning because of the mold growing in the kitchen sink. I’ve seen cleaner toilets after a Friday : Saturday night at the gas station. Toilet seats torn off. Gooey floors, mirrors torn off wall. Another move in tenant said his toilet was in the tub! Repair guy had to replace the tank of our toilet. But back to staff, you could tell the staff knew about the condition and told us the apartment would be cleaned sometime “today”. Why didn’t they ask us to change our move in date instead of walking into such a disaster? I have photos I will post later. Unbelievable first impression- I am seriously worried about the management of this property- do the owners know of it mismanagement? They placed “welcome bags” in the apartment!!!! Meaning they walked into the place as gross as it was and thought “perhaps they will overlook the filthy dirty moldy apartment when they get the 5 cent plastic cup and free pen”!!!!!?????? Avoid this place until new manager is in place."

I signed a lease with them first at stageyard, the apartment is gorgeous and now im signing another lease with them this time at Urban station, I can never thank you guys enough, I really feel like Im home, and Daniel I’m forever in your debt! thank you so much for everything. you truly are a wonderful person."

"This complex was nothing but the best. In my time here I have been a super happy camper in all areas. From the staff to the overall care of the place it’s nothing but class! I specifically want to shout out Daniel for his amazing help and willingness to help even off of the clock. He was very helpful in a time in need and overall has been a life saver! I hope more people get to experience the Urban Station lifestyle because I know I have!"
