"A week ago my eyes became very bloodshot and tender to the touch. It hurt to focus on objects up close. I work nights and sleep during the day so by the time I called to schedule an appointment it was a half hour until closing. The front of the house here didn’t seem to care about caring for my eye health at all. They asked about my symptoms and told them. They then proceeded to make sure I provide that I have health insurance by reading the tiny little numbers with my messed up eyes for my insurance ID. They just asked if I’d seen my family doctor. I said no. I’ve been looking for a new family doctor. Then I asked if I could schedule an appointment. They as and the earliest was a week away at 4pm and “if that was okay” Really didn’t seem like they wanted to deal with me at all at that point. I went to urgent care the next day and was on to recovery. I figured I’d still go to my appointment once the time came to make sure my vision wasn’t affected by my conjunctivitis. Got a call Thursday from them already telling me I’d owe 55 dollars to come in and they hadn’t even seen me yet! I didn’t even walk in the door and they were shaking me down for bills. Well I just went to my 4pm appointment. Signed in told them what time my appointment was. I sat til 4:30 and left. Never saw Dr. Satar but I got an odd feeling these losers are still gonna bill my insurance. This place is a complete embarrassment to consider itself any form of healthcare."

"A person that refers to himself as a "doctor" yet demands a $40 insurance co-pay UPFRONT on first visit - Personally I feel that a person that desperate for cash is a person that will perform unneeded services just for insurance collections. NOT RECOMENDED MY ADVISE STAY AWAY!"
