"I have been waiting for my deposit now going on 7 months now, I've called several times and emailed several times. I was told by the manager that I would be able to pick up it this week, I get up there and no one was there and they close at 6:00 pm, I was there at 4:55pm! I need to talk to someone asap!!!"
