"Haven’t officially moved in yet but I’ve been speaking with Danielle the entire time. I’ve attempted to view the apartment and kept being delayed until move in day. I’m moving in today and I’ve noticed there is still a burned down property that I have to drive by daily. Such an eyesore. I’m leaving my residence that I’ve been in for 5 years. Ive been happy here. Asked for a different place and was offered a cancel on my app. It’s too late to go anywhere else. I’m in tears. Update: ok I am happy now. Moving is so stressful. Thank you Danielle for your help"

"There's really not much more I can say about the apartment complex that hasn't already been said. Drafty doors and windows as well as unprepared and quite honestly nasty units upon move in, massive temperature differences in the multi level units (100 degrees in the lofts when its 65 on the first floor with no solution), work orders taking months to get done or even to get looked at, the kitchen stove and dishwasher not being able to be opened without slamming the other sideways, toilets that never flush right, carpets that should have been taken out and replaced before we moved in etc etc. There's a reason why my roommate moved out after only 1 lease. Office staff are fine but seemed truly unable to help. I have no issues with them as it seems there was a massive disconnect between the maintenance and the office. These could be really nice apartments. It's in a great area and the apartments themselves are a great layout but they're just simply not worth paying the extra price for lousy maintenance response times especially since they raised the rates after we moved out. 2 bedroom 2 half bath and 1 full was 899 before everything but now its 924. This isn't to mention the months of which 2 separate apartment blocks have been sitting unoccupied because of fires that are under investigation. I'm not an expert on criminal investigations but it seems an awfully long time for the eyesores to be still there boarded and fenced up. I'm just saying. Look, if maintenance gets their game up, this could be a great place to live. Inspect EVERYTHING before you move in and be a squeaky wheel when anything needs maintenance."
