"A nice quiet place with good amenities in place like gym, pool, etc. Kroger being close-by is a big plus (I many times leave at 10:45pm to grab a few things and never had a problem!). The rent was super competitive till now, yet they ramped it up after renovation which is not good not bad. Overall, one of the top stays for students in Bloomington!"

"I absolutely love living here, the staff is so friendly and quick to answer if you have questions. The apartments themselves are great with new appliances and in unit washer and dryer! Plus all the amenities, proximity to campus and college mall makes it the perfect location and is right along a bus route that goes to Kroger and campus for people without cars."

"They still charged my full price for the month they completely renovated my apartment. Waking me up at 8:30 in the morning on my day off and telling me I had to get out of my room. I had to walk around until they were finished at 6:00 pm. This is what my House looked like for the whole month until I moved out. They even renovated my shower and left the paint thinner can in the sink"

"The Monroe apartment is great for student housing because of the bus routes that is always available every 15 minutes. Also I love the big open windows with lot of natural light coming in."

"The apartment is really great and the location is perfect for a student like me. The grocery store is a two minute walk and bus service is very accessible. Apart from that the apartment is spacious enough to accompany 4 of us. The kitchen storage is small and could have been designed better though."
