Reviews of Fulton County Health Department
"There HAS to be a better way to conduct your COVID testing drive-through clinic. I’ve been sitting in line for over 2 hours to get a COVID test, which in itself is ridiculous considering how terrible those of us in line already feel (we are here because we are sick, for heaven’s sake). After two hours, I’m not even close to seeing the front of the line. And there is no way for me to leave the line to go elsewhere. There appears to be only one person collecting the samples. She tests one car at a time, and has the car sit there for the 10-25 minutes it takes to get results. How is this considered efficient? There are at least three people working here, because two ladies periodically come outside and ask the cars to squeeze closer together. At this rate, it will be midnight before we get tested. To add insult to injury, I need to use the bathroom, which is dangerous considering the amount of coughing going on in here. It’s not rocket science…if the two ladies inside are incapable of collecting samples, couldn’t they visit the cars ahead of the tester and prepare the paperwork? Couldn’t the tester collect samples and send the cars home, and one of the ladies who aren’t collecting samples can call or text with the results? Maybe you could consult other testing sites to see how to efficiently conduct business???? I’m pretty sure you could ask almost anyone for advice on how to run this clinic more efficiently."
"Whomever it may concern, I have been attending my nephew's football games since he first began playing as a small child. He is due to play in his first Sectional game of his Varsity career. Rochester High school implemented a rule that allows grandparents, parents, siblings, step-parents and step-siblings the right to attend the game. It excludes my presence as a supportive uncle as well as my brother and my nephew's girlfriend. The irony of this is the door has been opened for 12 relatives, of which only 5 of those eligible to attend actually have gone regularly when their schedules permit, to provide support at this game. As a result, my nephew is going to be left with only 2 relatives providing support for him at the game. He would've had 6 people there otherwise because I bring his elderly grandmother along as her cataracts make it difficult for her to drive at night and she lives 25 miles away from the game. I'm purchasing the tickets just to show I've been discriminated against. The tickets are ,of course, for the relatives eligible to go, but if they refuse to go, and I as well as the other 2 individuals who wish to attend are denied access, I will file a discrimination complaint against this school and possibly a lawsuit if my rights have been deemed to have been discriminated against. This is a formal complaint against these bullying tactics. Respectfully, Jeff Regan"
