Family Medicine Care - Stones Crossing

"My first time seeing a primary care doctor for Johnson Memorial and that was the worst experience. The doctor went off on me for not listing all my meds but I couldn’t even remember how to spell the names. She also went off on me for not being truthful about my previous medical care. The thing is I wanted a third opinion since I been tossed around and told 20 different things from other doctors. I am entailed to a third opinion especially since my insurance is changing. I wanted a fresh start to see what other doctors had to say and I wasn’t even given a chance. The doctor went off and told me to go outside of Johnson Memorial for healthcare. I will be calling someone at the main hospital to see how I can report this level of care. I didn’t even have a chance to explain anything in my appointment since she wanted to go off and talk over me. I never been treated like that before. She had no compassion and didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. She was very argumentative. She is the wrong career field to act that way. I was told I can’t see any other family doctor or have a primary care doctor with Johnson Memorial. She basically gave me a bad rep as a patient and that is not looking good for her or for this practice."
