"Small Apartment, well maintained office with responsive staff I am staying in the 3B2B apartment space for last 6 months. The apartment is definitely very small for 3 people also infested with spiders(during summers). This is my detailed review of some of the things I have observed in the unit: 1. The room space is one of the smallest, it barely fits a full size bed and study table. The closet space inside room is also very small. (My room is not even the smallest room in the unit!) 2. The tap water is very hard and does not feel portable or good for taking a bath. 3. The living space again barely fits one 3-seater couch with coffee table and TV stand. There is a section for dining table but it is not spacious for more than a 2-seater dining table. 4. The patio space is a not great too, do not plan on any patio furniture if you are getting the unit as half of the space is taken by the AC condenser unit. 5. Kitchen has good enough space to move around but the storage space is very less for 3 people. They certainly are small compared to floor plan shown on the leasing website. These apartments are cheapest priced ones I have seen near Purdue and you certainly get what you pay for! Word on Management: Although the units are very small and old, the maintenance team is very responsive and they got us new laundry unit, which was not working when we started our lease. The leasing office members do care for the maintenance request but they can do only so much with the condition and sizing of these apartments. The leasing office does have good gym, and free coffee and good open space to work at nights. Do not certainly go by the condition of living office if you are planning to rent an apartment. Finally, I recommend not to lease 3B2B units at this place."

"The leasing office is awesome. The maintenance is the best. Apartments are a bit small, but good deal for the price."

"We were lied to. Plain and simple we were told that our bed would have no trouble fitting in the bedrooms. That was not true. We were told their were no floor plans, that was not true. They also do not do tours. Huge red flag. The condition of these apartments is no where near what the pictures show online. The pictures you see above are of their office, not the apartment. Biggest catfish I've ever seen. We had to cancel our lease before even moving in. The only good thing is we were refunded the prorated rent we had already paid. But we were not refunded the absolutely ridiculous $300 application fee. This company is lucky that their are Purdue students who do not know what a good living space is. That is probably most of their income."

"I used to love this place for its cheap price and fast maintenance, in spite of the noisy trains nearby and tiny rooms, until I move out. (1) We moved out on July 16 and returned all the keys. But some one got in the apartment and stole the electricity during July 18 - Aug 1 and the bill of $100 during this period is counted on us. The staff said it is on us during lease period even though we checkout already. (2) We didnt get the deposite check until 4 months later after numerous office visit."

"I’ve been here for less than a month, and it has been one issue after another. The apartment was poorly cleaned. It took hours to clean everything myself. There was pet fur everywhere on the carpets, stains everywhere, the kitchen and laundry area were dirty. The dishwasher had mold and the management team tried brushing it off by stating it could just be dirt and that the mold in our homes can’t get us sick, which is incorrect. They don’t have their maintenance test mold, so to say that without knowing what kind of mold it is really shows how much they don’t care. It also took them three weeks to finally have someone come clean it. Both windows in the unit leak when it’s raining. The patio is in terrible condition. The water heater needs to be clean as I had brown water come out of the shower. The place is overpriced for this kind condition."
