My neighbors are friendly, and the apartment management is attuned to resident requests and ideas. The maintenance staff is prompt, friendly and get things done whether working in my apartment or on the apartment buildings’ grounds."

There are few minor issues that we've had since we moved in and the staff and Billy has responded and fixed them all very very promptly and done well. "Lived here for about two years and had a wonderful time! The leasing office staff are all super nice people and even plenty of the maintenance staff would wave hello whenever I was walking throughout the halls. The kitchen space especially was super nice and I happily spent most of time in there (granite countertops!) and the few maintenance calls I had were resolved quickly. The two big issues I really had here though is that it's REALLY expensive for the area and the insulation isn't good which really can jack up the electricity bill in the warm & cold months. However depending on your concerns/ background it may be a worthwhile tradeoff."
