"Bad service, I don't know if I recommend them if they are Latinos looking for a place where they are valued as human beings, a place that is not run by racist people. He even laughs and gives his answer. If he even had my passport in his hands and they even took a copy, they made me waste more than 2 weeks gathering documents. If that were the case, they would have told me from the first day, even in the way he treated us. The second lady's contempt was noticeable, which means that they seek to justify their discrimination."

"staying here right now, and it is way too expensive for it's quality, $800 a month, which is more than most, but it comes with a washer and dryer, they're both really old, the fridge and freezer could be colder, the blinds in your room snap at the slightest movement, everything is broken somehow. they charge you for anything, and sometimes their website to pay rent just doesn't work and you might get threats of being evicted despite paying. just find somewhere else. this place barely works and is not worth the insane price"

"I lived at Shoshone apartments for 2 years. I loved my time there. I never had any issues with my neighbors or the staff. It was a great place to live. My apartment never had any major issues that needed to be fixed and I really liked the vaulted ceilings I had on the 3rd floor. Overall, for the amount of rent I paid, the location of the apartment complex and having a washer and dryer in my apartment, I think this is one of the best places to live in Lafayette!!"

"I have been living at Shoshone Apartments for 4 yrs. In July other then the maintenance doesn't like to fix stuff right away everyone is freindly and nice in the office... I'm glad that they have central air and washer and dryer in each unit and they allow dogs and cats.. Thanks from Faith Ball and Sam the dog ☺"

"Shoshone's apartments are awesome! #1) they're cheaply priced for what you're getting, since the quality of the apartments is quite good! They are well laid out, providing a homely atmosphere. It comes with a washer and drier. The neighbors are friendly, and it's conveniently located to downtown Lafayette. Awesome place!"
