"I was in persistent counseling here with Robin Panel for some time. Then, out of the blue, Robin tells me very nonchalant, that she was switching to private practice & this would be our last meeting. They tossed me over to someone completely new in the middle of everything Robin & I had covered. This new woman was named Tupee. Things went alright for a little while, but Tupee would frequently make comments that I didn’t even need counseling & ask me why I was even there. I struggle with a chronic disease that causes infertility & pain. On my last session there, we were literally talking about my fears of infertility & never getting pregnant. I was in a lot of pain that day & reached down to hold my belly. She asked me “Oh, is the baby kicking?” While we were literally in the middle of a discussion about not being able to get pregnant. She sent me home early that session, it only went maybe 10 minutes even though I paid for it. I sat in my car & balled my eyes out that the one person who’s job it is to be sensitive & care about my issues literally asked me if my baby was kicking while we were talking about infertility. I never went back & she never once reached out or even checked when I missed my next appointment. This place could care less about your mental health. You’re just another appointment to fill the chair & their pockets. Robin would blow up my phone if I missed an appointment.. Tupee would also make comments that I needed to stop stressing out my husband with my fears & worries. That I should keep these things to myself or I would ruin my marriage. She would tell me all the time to just focus on keeping my husband happy. What about me??? I’m the one here struggling with depression coming to you for help & you’re more worried about my man being pleased?!? Absolutely messed up practice they have here. It took me months just to write this review. How dare you."
