"Hadley BEND was the best apartment in town. Corporate takeover into Hadley Village and price gouging has ruined it, with sewer and water now being completely added to price when it was included before. Before rent was 770 under old management that cared, and if you’re a new renter, it’s twice that. The only real “benefit” you’re getting is access to Adams Village ecosystem and online payments. Great location still, but lost its charm"

"Re-signing for my third year. Nothing but good things. I looked at maybe 3-4 other apartments before Hadley Bend and nothing even was close to them. They're beautiful luxury apartments, lots of space (I move my furniture around often for a new look), always shoveling snow or putting rock salt down in the winter months, grass is cut in a timely matter for my little furbaby to go potty in the warmer months. Landlords always answer me within 24 hours and have came in the middle of the night when something went wrong. Definitely recommend."

"Great apartment complex! I've lived here two years, and I just renewed my lease for a third year. The apartments are well built, and the finishing touches make the complex a step above many other rentals in Bloomington. Close to IU, downtown, 37, and lot's of places to eat. It's also super quiet. Most residents are young professionals or grad students. The apartments are also pretty affordable."
