The ease of making appointments and registering online was very convenient! The NP Brenda was extremely knowledgeable and listened and answered all questions. Columbus desperately needed a place like this!"

"I’ve been here a couple times and had great fast services. Not today though. The doctor with the BLUE hair was so rude. It was obvious she was not having a good day. She was lacking communications skills today. Body language was off putting, her tone was rude and above all she was UNKIND to my child. I will never go back. Very Biased!"

"The staff were very knowledgeable, prompt and kind. All the staff were great -the front desk, the lady checking him in getting vitals, the NP and office manager. The staff went above and beyond to treat my son's injury and answer all our questions. The NP prescribed the treatment for home but also treated his injury right there in the office (which was above and beyond!). I had questions about the fee I paid up front and the office manager came in to explain it all to me! Which I thought was great customer service on a Saturday!"
