"Lindsay Baughman is what a medical provider should be....Compassionate, caring and AMAZING! I am getting old and somehow injuried my shoulder. I do NOT like doctors and believe in self healing. I went to my massage therapist and did exercises and even adjusted my diet to no avail. Finally about 10 days in and after being awaken by unbearable pain I decide to make the trip to Indy Ortho's Urgent Care. There I was dismissed. The PA, Brian MacFarland, did not even touch my shoulder or look at it. He made me feel worse and like a drug seeker. At one point he even said that he felt I need to have my heart looked at but he would not even know where to locate a stethoscope, let alone know how to use it. I left there in tears with no advice on what to do for my pain. Out of desperation and to be able to call Indy Ortho and tell them how wrong Brian was I went to The Little Clinic in Columbus, IN. Making my appointment was easy. My wait was maybe 10 minutes. My insurance covered the cost and WOW, what a difference. Immediately, The NP, Lindsey Baughman LISTENED, then went through a very thoroughly exam. She cleared my heart and lungs by not only listening to them but in order to be able to send a report to Indy Ortho, she ordered an xray. Lindsay Baughman spent nearly 40 minutes with me. Set up physical therapy, an anti inflatory and gave me a exercises to start with. SHE HEARD ME! 12 PT appointments later, I have returned to weight lifting and am no longer waking up in tears. I believe Lindsay Baughman is permanently located in this Clinic. I was so impressed with my care that I may just use her instead of my normal family physician from here on out. INCREDIBLE CARE!"

"I was called in right at my appointment time and was done 20 minutes later the staff was super friendly and very helpful. They diagnosed me and sent over a prescription to the pharmacy right next-door. I will continue to go to this little clinic as it was a great experience."

"They were very friendly when I went up to speak to them. But they don't accept my daughters insurance and they refused to see her even if we paid for the visit. So that's why I only gave them 2 stars , just for the friendliness."
