"Staff has been amazing to work with at this location. I’ve worked with primary care doctors, psychologist, chiropractic, psychiatrists, labs, and pharmacy. Everyone has been great. The administration staff is always very kind and helpful. Glad to see such amazing support for veterans in this community. The place is very accessible and clean. Willing to walk a little longer to get in so those that are less fortunate than me can get in safely."

"Nice clean facility with friendly staff. Less crowded than downtown VA. Main reason for deduction is the absolutely ridiculous amount of handicap spaces, forcing vets who don’t qualify to walk around the building. I notice another vet has already noted this."

"I like the Brownsburg VA Clinic a lot! My eye doctor is there and I like how the clinic is set up inside. The parking lot needs some attention as to how many spaces are required for NON HANDICAPPED people to park in. There should be more emphasis on that."

"This was my first time at this clinic and I'm not disappointed. Check-in was easy. They weren't busy at all. I was in and out in a reasonable time. It beats going downtown Indy to Roudebush VA hospital."

"The parking is bizarre. If you don't have a handicap plate you'll have a hike outside in the weather to the front door. There's no covered parking n I doubt that lab results are available immediately like the Indy VA. Only have vending machines here, water or chips $1.25, other snacks $1.65 n more. Sorry this parking issue clouded my opinion, audiologist n pharmacy dept were okay."
