"The staff and Dr. Pugh are very compassionate and caring. It was finally time to make the decision to let my 18yr old dog Frankie make to journey across the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Pugh and her staff made that journey for her and us possible. She understands the pain we as pet owners have when letting a part of our fur family move on. She and her staff gave us time to be with her and she gave us options on how she would start our Frank's journey. We were give all the time we needed to say our last goodbyes, hugs and kisses. She talked to her like she was her own. I thank them for all they did to make our Frankie's journey pain free and quick. They are all wonderful."
