"Myself and my boyfriend have had 3 separate bad instances with the same doctor. She’s rude, contradicts herself, treats you like you’re overreacting or acting like a baby, makes mean comments, not what you want or need when you’re sick and trying to feel better."

"The nurse did a flu and covid test. Then she read the questions from her computer regarding my health. Never checked my ears, throat or listened to my breathing. She was nice but I am not sure if that is the most important skill of the healthcare provider."

"Used this clinic today for the first time. My husband doesn't have a family doctor and we had a hard time finding an appointment for him. They were operating wnoith only two staff members, and working without breaks, but they were helpful, friendly and compassionate the whole time. We never felt rushed and have confidence in the diagnosis and treatment. Thank you very much!!"

"I went in there because I had a fever. Needed to get tested. And I had severe pelvic and lower back pain. I give the nurse my symptoms and also weigh myself. I'm small. I am underweight. But i DO in fact eat. This woman only seemed to be concerned about my weight. Had me weigh myself again without me looking and proceeded to cover it up because it was "best" for me. I understand. My weight is concerning. But I've been like this my whole life. No matter how much I ate, I was underweight. Even told her that. I have a poor appetite. But I dont force that if anything I've been trying to get better but it's so difficult to start forcing your body to eat so much when ur just used to not eating except for when you're hungry... which is at least once a day. She seemed to rush the other concerns I had and skipped over those pretty quickly. Again. I understand she was trying to help. But. That is not what I went in there for. Focus on what the patient is trying to tell you. Don't focus on just one thing. Never going there again."

"Attendant (didn't get her expertise level) was very friendly and professional during my visit for COVID testing. 5 stars for her. My appointment started 40+ minutes late due to short staffing. Touch screen check in monitor was very temperamental. Took several attempts to complete the few screens. My first visit, not sure if I will be back."
