I get to the clinic 5 minutes later it's an hour wait with a packed waiting room. Horrible customer service. A well child should not wait in a room filled with sick people. I would have happily scheduled an appointment had I been given proper customer service."

"I was disappointed with my care The NP didn’t want to give me an antibiotic. 2 days later I saw my dr because I wasn’t getting any better. She treated for upper respiratory and put me on an antibiotic. So if she would have treated me with an antibiotic to start with I wouldn’t have been so sick and cost me more money. I told her my husband had been sick and treated with antibiotic and finally felt better but she didn’t want to hear about it. Paula Pryor"
"Family of 7- we chose this immediate care 100% of the time. Regular providers, MA's and front desk staff are thorough and respectful. We have only had a few times with floating providers, that we haven't felt heard or well taken care of."
