"I called to ask about scheduling an appointment to get my daughter's stitches out. The woman on the phone said no I could just walk in. I get to the clinic 5 minutes later it's an hour wait with a packed waiting room. Horrible customer service. A well child should not wait in a room filled with sick people. I would have happily scheduled an appointment had I been given proper customer service."

"Every time I’ve gone to this location the doctors and staff have been very accommodating and nice. They have treated / diagnosed our sickness and had us on our way. We never have to wait too long and they take their time to speak with us and answer any questions."

"I was disappointed with my care The NP didn’t want to give me an antibiotic. 2 days later I saw my dr because I wasn’t getting any better. She treated for upper respiratory and put me on an antibiotic. So if she would have treated me with an antibiotic to start with I wouldn’t have been so sick and cost me more money. I told her my husband had been sick and treated with antibiotic and finally felt better but she didn’t want to hear about it. Paula Pryor"

"Family of 7- we chose this immediate care 100% of the time. Regular providers, MA's and front desk staff are thorough and respectful. We have only had a few times with floating providers, that we haven't felt heard or well taken care of."
