"This company has taken my medical bill and sent it to a company called Salucro. It's supposed to be an easy solution for companies to get their payments taken care of. Salucro tells me that I need to contact my health provider for my account # info, which I have. The account number does not work in American Health Network's system online when trying to make a payment. But customer service has NO problem accessing my account.. Though the paper bill says itself that I CAN pay ONLINE. I contact American Health Network and they tell me to contact Salucro because all billing is through them and I can get access through them. Back and forth game is all they are doing. It's nothing but a headache just to make a payment on a bill ONLINE and NOT over the phone where they make you say all your personal information that you should NOT have to do! Not only that they MAKE you pay HIGH auto payments on bills which people should have more control over since it is their medical bills. I have never heard of people being forced onto a payment plan that they couldn't afford and companies not working with people who are struggling in life. Salucro make things VERY difficult to just pay a bill which people should have FULL access to their medical information/bills. Last time they had me give my card info over the phone my debit card got hacked. I want to be able to pay my bill online with the amount of money that I can afford, not by what they force me to pay. I most likely won't go through American Health Network again since they go through Salucro for payments. Salucro is VERY late on responding via customer service. Do NOT recommend using this company. Also American Health Network does not have an actual customer support line. I contacted billing and asked to be transferred to someone like a manager or tech support. Lady sounds foreign and says they don't have anyone else I can talk to. How can a medical company not have any managers or support? I feel like I am over paying or being scammed out of money."
"I have been going here since I moved to this area and my husband has been a patient for years. I feel like I'm just a number. I have a chart. They know my history but insist on meds that mess with my other issues. Went there a month ago and they were supposed to schedule an MRI. I'm still waiting....so I live in pain."

"AHN leaves the longest automated phone messages in the history of appointment reminders. My cell phone eventually hung up on the call and marked their number as "spam" which led to all kinds of problems later."
