I sometimes had a longer wait time for my post-op visits but I know it's because Dr. Usmani did not rush his other patients just like he never rushed me. I felt heard and validated in every aspect of my diagnosis/surgery/recovery. Definitely my best experience with a Dr."

"Absolutely they worst staff on earth! Especially in medical records! Rude kept interrupting me and nasty attitude very non helpful. They wanted me to drive over an hour and a half to pickup a piece of paper. The would fax it but 99.99% of people don't have faxes in their home. I recommend that no one get treated for anything there if you need reports or information for another doctor, school or personal. They can't do encrypted email because they are to cheap to invest into the technology. But claims to be a modern facility."

"I've been in physical therapy six times in the last seven years, but OrthoIndy Westfiels was the absolute worst. First, my therapist was 22 minutes late and then mentioned that several of her appointments had canceled because of weather. Second, she was unprepared, hadn't looked at my file, didn't even know who referred me. Third, the extent of my evaluation was could I touch my toes and watching me walk around the room. Fourth, my only therapy was to put lotion on my back. I was then told to continue what I was already doing and was sent home. There are many excellent places in Hamilton County for theral y, go to one of them. Don't waste your time here."
