"Very unprofessionally ran and no structure for management. I put in 3 maintenance requests and a year later only one of them had been resolved. A month ago I moved out of the apartments and still have not received my deposit nor has he returned one of my multiple calls regarding it. As for the pet situation, only people he deems eligible can have them. I received a call saying I could not have a pet but the other 7 people in my building were exempt because they were "elderly." If you are looking to be completely ignored until rent is due, than this is the place for you."
