"I've been waiting for them to return a call to my husband for over a week. I didn't know a regular family doctor was so hard to get into....I thought the care of patients mattered more but I called over 4 times before I reached someone. Then was told they accept new patients but they have to be reviewed...sometimes people can't wait this long for a doctor to help them...so we will find somewhere else that will pick up the phone and will call us back in a timely manner that shows they care!"

"If I could give them no stars I would. They schedule you on days you work and early too. I work 3rds and get off at 735am and schedule at 8am after I asked them not to. They also put me on 8 different kinds of meds instead of trying to solve the problem. They dragged me around for months with gallbladder problems than tell me I need to get a new doctor because I couldn't make the appointments I told them I could go to that early. All together they don't care how you feel and they just toss pills at all the problems not really trying to solve the problems at all. They are poor excuse of a doctor's office and don't care about the people at all only thier money many told me not to go through them but sadly I didn't listen."

"I moved here from South Bend and had to find a new doctor after mine passed away. I chose the Argos medical center because it was close to my home. I seen doctor Lori a few times before she left the practice she was very nice. But I really never had the opportunity to connect with her not on the level I did with my previous doctor. When she left the practice I became apprehensive all together but recently needed to be seen for a minor surgery. This is when I connected with Doctor Gina I had met her once previously before this specific consultation. I thought her personality was great. Right away she made me feel very comfortable and when I seen her that second time I was pretty sure that I had found my forever doctor. Today she really confirmed that when I had to visit and discuss my mental health. Not only was I super nervous because she doesn't know my medical history but it can be humbling to reach out for help. She treated me so kindly and listened to everything that I had to say and has come up with a game plan to get me better. So I can be the best version of myself for the people that love me. Thank you Argos Medical center I look forward to my next visit."

"There's this one very helpful front desk lady. She has red hair and seems to be young. I've been trying to get a document for a while and it's been a lot of back and forth between my old doctor's office and my new one (them). She has been so helpful! Not only has she been working on my issues in a timely manner, but she also has done an excellent job at keeping me updated/informed. She makes this complicated process a lot easier! Also, Dr. Ricketts is a very kind man."
