I explained the situation, and though their policy is no returns, they were happy to take it back and make it right. I wound up going with a beautiful Remington 870 express super magnum and I’ve absolutely loved it. Not always super friendly or fake as many people in the customer service industry. However, if you want to buy a firearm and know that even if there’s a problem, the company will back it up, go with pee wee. They will most definitely get my future firearm purchases.
