"This company will take in hot products without making sure that the product is unlocked and ready to be purchased if you purchase said product, you cannot get it to work because it’s locked and reported stolen you thought you would get another product of the same item because you paid for a warranty they decide to give you your money back because the said product was locked. Did they decide to keep money? am I opinion this place is a scam"

"I guess they must be tired from working but that doesn't give you a reason to have poor customer service skills I normally always buy TVs from this place but today they just got a real poor attitude and whoever the guy is the heavy set guy I guess he the manager he pulled too poor poor poor poor people skills just sad"

"Gave them clear instructions that I wanted my laptop PAWNED and they still decided to set it up as if I was selling. Before leaving I asked one of the managers clearly if I would be able to buy my item back if I pawned it and she said yes. I come back the next week and they’re saying it was a sell. They can’t follow simple instructions."

"Really rude and uninformed. Called with a one ounce 24K gold bar and asked if they pay spot price. The woman told me they pay $15 an ounce. Spot today is $1630. If you're selling an old TV or something, maybe they have a clue. But the attitude and the lack of information is dangerous with anything of real value."

"Pulling in to cash America I was unable to park a 1500 was blocking the entry. Me being in a 1500 made it no better. I seen ppl in the truck instead of jumping in the drivers seat they just stared at me. I parked half way in. Once I enter the building it’s two girls working. One customer at the counter another girl getting the run around about tv’s the lady obviously wasn’t about to buy. I stood there at least 15 minutes as one girl was very tired of the lady and questions about the tv. Three employees will be better for this location a male in deed because two young females shouldn’t be running a high volume location by theirselves."
