"The worst housing experience in my entire life. Could NOT prepare our apartment when we move in and they refuse to switch us to another apartment. Extremely SLOW response, does NOT response to your e-mails. They try to make phone calls as much as possible to avoid leave evidence behind. Yes we did contact the repair for our apartment, took months to get the work done. I’ve used to live in the same apartment before with a different rental company, the property is NOT well maintained compare to 2 years ago."

"Straight up finesse you out of your security deposit, even if you cleaned your entire unit before moving out. Only rent with these vultures if you’re desperate for housing on campus. It’s a shame that these rental companies are trying to squeeze money out of college students of all people, just shows the kind of company they are. Absolutely TERRIBLE with maintenance requests (they hold them off so they can charge you extra when you move out). AVOID THEM IF YOU DON’T WANNA BE SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY. It’s honestly a tragedy that they’re buying up buildings around campus"
