"Look, you guys look like a fraudulent company when you don't have anyone picking up your phones. I really need access to my account and no one is around to tell me how to access it. It's a really bad look. I can change my score if I am able to get a hold of someone but until now the 1 star sticks."

"Absolutely the worst company you could imagine. They will rip you off at every opportunity. Fees are hidden and they are not honest about when you're getting charged. Their percentage that they take for a 401K is well over 10X national average. Getting a straight answer out of them is near impossible assuming you're able to communicate with them at all. If your company uses them you should demand a better plan and skip using your company's 401K until they do."
