"I really say this is more of a 3.5 than a three, there are a lot of pros! The rooms are nice and large, apartments are well furnished, and the staff is quick and responsive. The cons are that hot water in the building is inconsistent, and I guess the main one is that there's no ventilation in the hallway so you can smell people's cooking for a long long time. The biggest con is the rent price, including increasing by up to 400 the 2023-24 year The rent changes knocks a star off, the the other cons are a half star off"

"I didn't have a good experience in this expensive renting apartment. The soundproofing is terrible. I always can hear someone walking and droping things above my floor. It was sometimes really hard to have hot bath water at night unless you wait for at least 20 minutes and wasting tons of water. Sometimes the cold tap water was freaking hot with no reason during the day. Although, there are many fancy equipment in this apartment. But please improve the basic things with this expensive rent fee."

"When I moved into my apartment, they had clearly not done any cleaning from the prior tenant. However, after I notified staff, they sent in a cleaning crew within 30 minutes and got to work! Maintenance staff is incredibly kind and sweet. I like living here because its close to ross ade and mackey, right across from engineering, and it doesn't get loud every night from bar goers like the apartments on chauncey do."

"Can not recommend this place enough. Very friendly and kind office staff. Maintenance team is awesome. Put in a work order and expect it completed in less than 24 hours. Very spacious business lounge and beautiful outdoor courtyard. They offer a lot of resident events as well as fun giveaways. They even have a heated garage which is amazing during the winter time. The office dog Louie is the best for some emotional support."

"Pros: Really close to campus, great amenities (gym, conference room, courtyard), great view, fast maintenance, spacious kitchen, easy to keep clean Cons: A little pricey, elevators break down every so often, thin walls, you can smell whatever your neighbor is cooking in the halls Overall, if you don't want to deal with Purdue parking permits, this is the perfect spot, especially for physics/aerospace/pharmacy classes. Also, you can go home and grab food then go back to campus and save money on buying fast food."
