"The property manager and maintenance team are extremely capable, organized, and responsive. Having lived in 4 other apartment communities in West Lafayette over the course of grad school, we can definitively say this one was the best we’ve rented in. The apartments are clean and well maintained, the neighborhood is quiet, and the other residents are very friendly. Natalie made the whole process from touring, to signing a lease, and then eventually moving out very easy. It felt like the team knew who we were and genuinely cared about our living experience there."

"Beautiful; modern; all-electric; playground for pets; nice neighborhood; close to Walmart, Meijer, ALDIs, Payless; 10 min walk to two bus stations; in-site washer drier. The only issue is electricity bill in winter which can vary from $100-$300."
