Franklin Park Apartments 2407 Neil Armstrong Drive, West Lafayette, IN 47906

"I've been living at Franklin Park for more than three years and still loving this place. I moved from Quarters (which is 21 station now) to Hub and finally to Franklin Park during the pandemic. Franklin Park is the best among those three. First, the environment is soooo good: quiet, beautiful (a lot of trees, flowers changing with four seasons), nice location (close to Walmart, payless, bus stop, in very good privacy). You can see many old couples living here for a long time, and I assume that they may lived here as their senior house. Second, the maintenance is efficient. Nakeia, Amelia, and Caitlin are all very nice people to communicate and help with all the issues I encountered regarding to the living. They usually contact the maintenance the same day I informed them, and the maintenance people fix the problem the next day. Third, the unit is well designed. There are many cabinets/space that you can use for storage and hanging clothes. And the majority of the floor is wood flooring, which I personally prefer since it's easy to clean. Last one is the cost. I'd say the cost for a 1B1B is very reasonable if you compare with the other apartments here in WL. Not cheap but reasonable. Only one thing you need to be careful is the water pipe under the kitchen sink. It can't take any thing except for liquid, and if it's clogged you need to pay a lot to fix. It took me a while to live with and handle this. Overall, I highly recommend this place."

"I went to tour Franklin Park recently and was left disappointed. I scheduled tour and they were not ready. The lady who showed me seemed to have a child with her and was distracted, her office nasty and dirty. I schedul 4:30, business hours. If Franklin park cant keep office clean and babysits at work, how can they give me good apartment?!"

"The best thing about the apartment home at Franklin Park is the quietness and privacy. Though not far away from the Sagamore Parkway, the community is very quiet and located within the natural beauty of Celery Bog. While working at home full-time, the quietness ensures a relaxing environment. The property manager also did a great job in maintaining the cleanness of the community."

"My family lived here for almost one and half years. We love here very much and enjoyed the life experience in the US. It is a convenient living Franklin Park apartment. Nice environment, good facilities, nice services, convenient transportation, convenient shopping, as well as the nearby good parks, like Lilly Nature Park.  The park is really beautiful. We like to walk there oftenly. My son and I spreaded wood chops on the trails in that park for four consecutive weekends as volunteers. We enjoyed that.  For shopping, we can walk to Walmart and Asia Global Market within 10 minutes, while driving to Meijer and Payless within 10 minutes.The officers of the property office are very kind and helpful for any reported issues with quick response. Anyway, my family all love life here, kind people, nice environment. I appreciate all the people who help us during my stay here."

"Living at Franklin Park for two years has been a nice experience for me. I am very sensitive to upstair noise and I am able to choose a top-floor apartment, which is really important for me. The cite manager is really helpful, whenever I have questions, she is patient to reply me very quickly. The maintenance service is convenient and friendly. Usually they come to fix any issue within 1-2 days. During pandemic, the community is still well managed and considerate to residence. My apartment is quite new and clean when I moved in, appliances are new, and there are plenty of storage spaces. The neighbor is very quiet and convenient to go to the campus or groceries. I would highly recommend this apartment. :)"
