"We stayed in the new phase II apartments for one year in the 1 bed 1 bath floor plan. The apartment was very nice, clean, spacious, and comfortably fit 2 people. We had very little problems with anything inside the apartment, and if there was ever an issues, maintenance was always quickly on top of it, even after hours. Dawn, the property manager, was always very communicative and understanding. They even let us dog sit family pets for short time periods without have to pay the pet fee, which we greatly appreciated. This was the best place we stayed during our time at Purdue, and the complex stayed pretty quiet due to its location off the main road. Also, the gym, pool, business center, and grill were great amenities that we used often. Would recommend to anyone!!"
