"After a few months of living there,I found black mold my screen door was never fixed . Upon moving out due to very high radon gas poisoning, management never disclosed it to me. I found this out from my neighbor. After a few emails I've not had a single response."

"I lived here for a little more than 2 years, and I had a great experience here. In past apartments with similar rent, I had very bad neighbors and sub-par management. Elston Point has been different. My neighbors have been quiet and respectful of my space. No noises keeping me awake at night, and no disrespectful people around. Management has been extremely kind and respectful toward me. They understand that I pay good money to live on their property. Nakeia, the apartment manager, has been extremely kind to me from my first visit until move out. I am most impressed by her patience with my busy schedule and her ability to remember my name, despite having numerous residents. She is a wonderful person, and an excellent manager. I did not have to call maintenance during my stay, so I cannot attest to their response time. However, the simple fact that I never had to call them speaks to their ability to maintain a proper living environment. I spoke with them a few times while they were on site to make repairs or adjustments, and they were always very kind and respectful. For the price I paid in rent, I was extremely happy with my stay. I am moving out of state, which is why I am not renewing my lease. If I were to stay in the area, I would certainly be renewing for another year. My apartment has been comfortable, my space has been well taken care of, and my rent has been reasonable. I highly recommend Elston Point Apartments for your next home. You will be treated fairly and with respect."
