"Don't ever live in here. This place don't turn on AC so the room it's so hot. I can't even sleep in the night. And we pay for the electric by ourselves. It doesn't make any sense why they need to shut down the AC at all. I pay 100 dollar a month for electric and i an dying because they shut down the ac. Worst apartment ever live."

"Maintenance was amazing! Quick and efficient at what they do!! Also the staff at the front desk are attentive to their guests. They would see at least two people in a queue and stop whatever they are doing to assist their fellow coworker. That is going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service."

"I’ve been living at Aspire for almost 2 years now and it’s been a very welcoming, friendly place to call home. Although the rent is a bit on the high side, I think the benefits balance it out. Don’t have to pay for water bills, smart home features, close to my work and places I go often, new/modern features, cozy, and very social atmosphere make it really great! I love how engaging they are with social media and offering prizes and such too. I think the management is so nice and work so quickly too. Overall have no complaints, although the only requests I could have are a pool/hot tub addition and closer garage parking but it wouldn’t stop me from living here again! I’m going to miss this place and my cozy studios!"

"While the apartments are nice, a little on the small side, the walls are extremely thin. The rent is also pretty expensive for what the apartment is, given that the trash rooms seem to break every week and it'll take the apartment management weeks to clean up any liquid that is dropped in the hallways. Possibly one of the most annoying things is that management will do room checks not at the hours they advertise! I understand needing to fix the apartment, but every single time they have come to check rooms or fire alarms, it's at a time not listed in their email (either multiple days early or multiple days late), and usually very early in the morning meaning I have woken up to strange men in my apartment multiple times, when they are not expected to be there. Not fun."

"Overall Nice place to live. The smart home features are pretty cool, but most of us only use them from time to time. The building is nice, the internet is super fast (on Ethernet. Wifi is average) and the maintenance people are quick to get back to you when you file a service request. Our AC broke and they had a guy here in less than an hour. TL;DR: I recommend this place if you can get in. It's a nice place to live even if it's a long walk to campus."
