Cypress Square Apartments

"I'm in my second year at Cypress Square, and I cannot stress enough how wonderful it has been to live here. I'm not someone being paid or being offered. I'm here because, for the umpteenth time, I put in a service request in the morning, and that very same day I got it fixed. The management here is fantastic, but beyond that, the apartments themselves are just fantastic. To make my point, I have not once in the two years I've lived here heard anything from my neighbors (aside from the occasional sound of a door slamming or something similar). This apartment complex is built like a home."

"The complex offers locked entries and a full size washer and dryer. I lived here 2 years and had a mostly positive experience. The rent was increased during my years at cypress square which was not helpful as a graduate student, and the internet was installed which was not communicated very well to tenants in 2019. Overall, this was a great location and complex."

"I've only been here for a few months now and it's been the best experience of apartment living. Nakeia is the most efficient leasing manager I've ever dealt with and is extremely helpful with any concerns or questions. The maintenance staff is very thorough and detailed if you have issues, which is really nice. I love that my concerns taken seriously. You definitely don't find that in a lot of places nowadays. The only noise I hear is from the corridor and maybe a muffle of outside noise unless it's a siren going by. Other than that, it's so quiet and I love it. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone and I'm glad I found it when I did. Too bad it wasn't sooner!"

"Our stay at Cypress Square Apartments has been great! The apartments are very spacious, especially for the price. Being able to have pets is also a great addition, and I've never had issues with finding a parking spot in front of my apartment. I've only had to issue one maintenance request, and my request was attended to within a day or so. Being close to 231 has helped with commutes to work and school as well. The property manager, Nakeia, is also very welcoming and always willing to help and answer questions."

The staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers.  My apartment was spotless when I moved in and I love the set up! I LOVE the area and neighborhood as well."
