"The apartment staff (Ashley and Chris) are amazing. They are always responsive and professional. We recently had a sewer fly infestation and Ashely and Chris (a maintenance staff) helped us with the situation as well. Even before an exterminator showed up, Chris worked on cleaning our sink drain hose for hours which actually got rid of most of the flies. Ashely and Chris were also very communicative throughout the whole process, sending us photos of the hose and checking in about the situation days after the maintenance order. We are very grateful for their professionalism and pleased with the quality of the service we receive here at Redwood."

"Nice neighborhood, manager and maintenance guy will do whatever they can to help. Surrounding apartment complex tenants can be a bit odd and invasive and loud, some of the the apartments along Twykenham Blv can be loud and have a lot of foot traffic, opt for one tucked inside if possible. The apartments themselves are large open and nice, and the landscaping is kept up very well."

"***Pet Owners be warned***. I moved out after a year and despite going through a walkthrough with the manager Ashley and her telling me that it was all fine and everything was considered normal wear and tear, I received a letter three weeks later for a bill for $1,000 to replace all of the carpets. Ashley went from telling me repeatedly during our walkthrough that my wife and I "keep a really clean home", to Redwood then claiming that our dog caused a pet odor that persisted in the home after having carpets cleaned. The in person walkthrough means nothing, and according to Ashley they have the right to “bill for anything” after you move out. Being a dog owner is enough for them to claim “odor” and try and get an extra $1000 on your way out the door."

"Greg in maintenance was very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was done properly. He even went out to his truck to get some door guards when he noticed they were needed. Very nice guy."
