Walmart Vision & Glasses

"I’ve been using our local Walmart for several years. The contacts are very affordable through Walmart contacts. I do use the same brand since I started. Six months ago I went in for an eye exam and the optometrist suggested a different brand and ask if I did not like them, I could go back to the old ones. The answer was yes. I absolutely did not like them at all. I let them know that. And now it’s time for my prescription refill and they refuse to update the prescription to the other brand. Forcing me to buy the contacts that I cannot wear. Also, leaving me without any contacts. And the only solution they had was for me to, wait a week and have another eye exam which I have to pay for out of my pocket in order for them to change the brand of contact for the prescription. Ridiculous!"

"Went in here looking for frames for my lenses to make it through about 2 weeks. The young girl working that day had no idea what she was doing. She kept trying to match my rectangular lenses to plastic oval frames and refused to listen to me when I tried to tell her they were closer to a certain style. I ended up walking out of there with no frames and not happy with my visit, but that is ok because I have an appointment at eyeglass world and they do a much better job and offer much better prices. Step up your game Walmart and make sure your "doctors" know what they are doing before letting them help customers."

"Needed new glasses, used my frames and replaced the lenses. The new ones came in less than a week and they were great. Fast and friendly staff. $225.00 well spent."
