"They were the most friendliest nicest caregivers. I was able to receive my care the very next day after calling. My allergies were so bad I couldn’t concentrate at work my head felt like a balloon going to bust. After receiving the shot to help I felt insanely better in 5 minutes. Thanks for the help. I’m able to live a normal life outdoors now! I will recommend you to everyone!"

"Tuesday I was feeling poorly and thought I could have Covid, sinus infection, or some other virus. I was in somewhat of a fog and decided to go get tested at the first place I could find open. Kouts Clinic opened at 8 and my normal urgent care opened at 9, so I went to Kouts despite what I have heard and read about them in the papers. The lady that came to my car was very nice. No problems with the staff or amount of time it took, however, I do have a problem with what happened with my test results. First off, they said they don't take insurance for Covid and Flu rapid tests, so I paid out of pocket since I didn't feel well enough to drive anywhere else. The rapid Covid and flu tests came back negative. They did take insurance for the PCR test so I had them send that off for results. She told me results took 24 hours to get back. Wednesday by 2pm they had not yet called me so I tried calling them. Their answering machine said they were closing at noon Wednesday and Thursday due to weather. We got no snow on Wednesday. The snow was not even due to come until Thursday night. So how many people had positive tests results waiting and no call from the clinic on Wednesday? I called them Thursday when they opened and the employee told me "It looks like your test came back positive for Covid." I asked why she hadn't called me yesterday and she said because they closed early. I don't know how the human field works, but in the vet field, when we send out a test like that in the morning, we have results waiting for us the by the next morning. One would think the human field works just as fast if not faster. She was not apologetic or even seemed to care and in no way was I rude to her, but I am so upset. How do you run a medical business like this?! If they want to stay in business, I hope they get their act together finally and stop being so shady. I would give 0 stars, except for the nice woman who waited on me."

"I find the 1 star reviews very hard to believe. I tested positive for covid at home. I called Kouts Family Healthcare after a friend referred them to me. They were able to get me in the same day. Yes, you do have to take another covid test once you get there so your test result from home is no good but I went in and I got results back in 30 minutes. I paid for my meds and the NEXT DAY I had NO SYMPTOMS! When I went in I had a 103 degree temp and was experiencing the weird headaches. All symptoms were gone just 12 hours later when I woke up the next day. They are doing great work at Kouts Family Healthcare."

"I wouldn't give them one star. I paid $ 75.00 to have covid test done. I wrote a check, then turn it in to my insurance. The insurance paid them $45.23 and I was not responsible for anything. So I called them and ask them to return my check, they didn't. So I put a stop on the check. This has been going on a year now. They have called me a few months ago and ask about the check. I told them I put a stop on it and I called my insurance and they said I owe nothing . For the office to call them. Well I received a call from the office again and wanted me to change the date on the check so they can cash it. I told them again I put a stop on it and I had ask the office before to send it to me and the insurance tried to call them them and when they said they was the insurance they hung up on them. So they want my 75, plus insurance 45.23 as well. They are double dipping And scamming.... UPDATE: I had taken them a copy of my EOB. She try to say that I had received the check from the insurance. I told her No.. the check came to you. The insurance shows were it was clear. So she finally signed my paper paid in full. They are nothing but scammer's....."

"TERRIBLE experience here at Kouts Family Health Care. It took them 10 DAYS to get back to me with my covid results. They told me they would get back to me with my results in 3-5 days. I called the office multiple times during this extended period of time, and no one answered. I left multiple voicemails, and I never received a call back. Keep in mind, they suggested for me to stay quarantined until I received my results back from them. I complied with their recommendations, and stayed quarantined for the duration of 10 FULL DAYS that it took them to give me my results. 10 days of my life that I will not get back because of their very poor service and awful communication skills with their patients. Kathy, the owner was very rude to me over the phone, and I would not recommend for anyone to visit this office. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!"
