"I have never had as horrible of an experience at an IU health facility like I have here. Dr. Dayhuff is my primary physician, and has blown off my concerns at every appointment now. She tried to pressure me into getting an IUD even after I told her multiple times I was not there regarding any issues with my birth control and said no repeatedly. I also had multiple mental health diagnoses from my psychiatrist after Dr. Dayhuff told me I was having hormonal issues from my birth control. I have been trying to contact this facility for 3 weeks now to refill my anti-depressant, and they have not picked up but once. I was told that they couldn't refill my script unless I came in to be seen, but would not have availability until February of 2023 in 10 months. I called a Bloomington location and got a refill immediately and they scheduled me an appointment with another clinic to get a new prescription written."
