"The Medical Tech was nasty as ever!! I didn't know if you dare mention the word Covid in your Dr's office, you automatically get treated like pure garbage! Seriously?!?! She told me if I had Covid, I shouldn't be in their building! I told her I didn't know what I had, that's why I was there. I also told her I called their office just the day before and spoke to a nice young woman that said she inputted all of my symptoms into the computer. That girl never advised me to take a Covid test before I came in there. She asked if I took a Covid test. I said I did 3 weeks ago, and it was negative. She said that doesn't help! That I should have taken another Covid test right before my appt.(Again, with a complete attitude & disgust tone!) She said, "take off your coat!" In a real nasty tone again. She took my blood pressure & left the room! I wish I would have gotten her name to report her to the state! (I have been sick on & off for a month already) My N.P., Keri Smith came in the room 5 minutes later & thank goodness treated me with the utmost respect! I did tell Keri how the Med Tech treated me! Although no one ever took my temperature, Keri examined my ears & throat very thoroughly. No blood work or swabs were done. I was given an antibiotic. Hopefully that will help clear up my throat & ear issues! The Receptionists were both kind."
