"Dr Hancock has been the physician for both of my parents. Last year my 97 yr old father had a fever and wasn’t doing well. They gave him a blood test in and urine test. He never heard back and assumed nothing showed up. However he ended up in the hospital for several days because the test showed a uti, but no one bothered to call and tell him My mother recently had her yearly check up. They didn’t order a blood test or urine but she requested one. Again, no follow up phone call but I saw on her online chart she has an infection. She called and got antibiotics. Again she had to request a follow up urine test. Again, no call back but online results showed the infection still there. When she called they looked at the results and agreed she needed more antibiotics. However she was told that they are extremely busy and didn’t have time to phone the prescription in so she would need to go to urgent care and ask them to phone it in. As she was on the way to urgent care she did get a call from the PA At first we thought Dr Hancock just needed time to get organized and running smoothly. A year and a half later it is no better. His system is broken."
