Pines Apartments

"I would not recommend this place for anyone with kids or any single female. After dealing with a stalker for almost a year, relocating to another apartment, having the police of Hebron involved along with apartment management and NOTHING being done, I realized I had to move far away for my own safety. I had also spoken to other tenants who had dealt with the same issue, and they also had to relocate. The stalker is still living there! Yes, the price of living in an income based apartment is amazing, but it does not trump the safety of others. I have moved out of that area for almost a year now and still have not received my security deposit back. I have called numerous times and spoke to management above the landlord, but the level of neglect and hiding things is out of control. Please do your research on your surroundings before moving to this place."

"I've been at the Pines off Boardwalk for a few years. Lahoma the Landlord is very sweet and always makes sure your needs are met. The Apartments themselves are nice, cozy, and very well maintained. It is nice and quiet, peaceful place. I would have given it 5 stars if they didn't have to do inspections (which I Understand because they recieve Government funding) and if they had dishwashers dishwashers lol! The maintenance staff, Jimmy and Chrissy are pleasant and always wiling to help! I would highly recommend The Pines Apartments!"
