"Absolute nightmare! The apartment complex is a haven for car thieves. My car was broken into, and the management couldn't care less. Not only my cousin’s vehicle was stolen, but multiple others faced the same fate. The management's negligence is appalling; they turn a blind eye to security concerns. Anytime you go to the office to complain, they dismiss you with a request to file a police report, supposedly to increase police patrol. It's unacceptable! We need transparency about what measures they're taking to stop this outbreak. People have had their cars stolen and vandalized, and it's a serious issue that demands attention. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs!"

"If I could leave a negative rating I would. the community use to be great and all that but recently there has been multiple car beak-in and theft and the office won't take responsibility or do anything about it. They don't even have camera on the places that are necessary but they have camera for the garbage. Not to mention they take forever to come when you request a service, it's been over a week since I requested to have my guest bathroom fixed but nobody been here yet. They don't even have security for their own office because the last time somebody broke into my car and I went there to report it they told me somebody tried to break into their office too and they can't do nothing about it. I regret moving here I can't wait for my lease to end so I can get out of here."

"Would give a 0 if I could. Staff was never available, maintenance were nice people but had little success in fixing issues that came up. My wife's car and my car were broken into several times along with my neighbor's. On top of that, they require a 60 day notice that you will be moving out and charged us an extra months worth of rent as a fee for not meeting that notice. ( We notified them more than 30 days in advance). I know it is hard out there for housing right now but if at all possible stay away."

"Would give a zero if i could. No respect for community. Often told to just “deal with it” mass car break ins. Witnessed the corner store being robbed 2 days into lease. Place is terrible. Incompetent staff that constantly give you the run around. Has cameras on their trash to monitor illegal dumping, but when asked about street lights to be replaced to help with crime, its “not required by them per lease” Zero sympathy for victims of crimes in the area. Two doors down is vacant and it sat ransacked for 2 day before anyone did anything about it. Ive lived at the olentangy commons and even they as notorious as they are were eons better than this place. Run from here. Far from here. Its being targeted for easy theft pickings and The Green is here to assist those thieves. We are breaking are lease and know of other neighbors that are doing the same dont fall victim to these people. Prices are not worth the hassle here."

"For a first apartment this place can’t be beat, the amenities are great with free 24/7 gym access and a free pool that’s open seasonally and maintained well. Polite and Helpful Staff that answer any possible questions, Quick and Knowledgeable Maintenance Crew that are responsive to urgent situations, and Great Valet Trash pickup Daily besides weekends. Overall definitely worth the amazing price listed and the Application Process is quick and easy!"
