"I DID NOT SEE DR. BAYLY! With that said ... Evans Piggott & Finney Eyecare Group took over the practice of Dr. Nancy Bayly in Rensselaer, IN and destroyed the practice. The operations manager even dismissed me as a patient when I was charged for a test that they could not perform on me (I have only 1 eye) because "everybody has to pay - no exceptions". In my book, being charged for goods or services not provided in full constitutes fraud."

"Every single employee here was very polite and helpful. My son was very nervous about his first eye exam and they made it a great experience for him. He was not happy with the thought of wearing glasses but by time we left he was ready for his glasses right then. Thank you to everyone there for making it a positive experience for us! "Very friendly and helpful staff. The visiting doctor on the day I was there which was Thursday, was very nice and did several tests on my eyes for glaucoma and other tests. I had glasses ordered and was told 14 days for delivery. Definitely will be making this my permanent optometrist."

"Very disappointed, I had 2 visits and 2 sets of glasses made both glasses were off on the prescription. Paid full bill (less insurance) at the time of purchase, and then was later surprised to get a $70 bill. I have never had an experience like this with an optometrist."
