"Just want to start off by saying Amy has been my NP since I was a kid. I went to her growing up my whole life until I lost my parents insurance. It’s been a couple years but I finally have insurance back and wanted to make an appt with Amy for my acid reflux problem. I made the appointment on line a month ago and the office then called me to merge my charts, get new insurance info and everything. I wrote online and told the lady who called me what I was wanting to see Amy for. I got to my appt today and was told bc they hadn’t seen me since 2018 that it was a new patient appt and they don’t have time to do that today. Why was I not told over the phone when they were getting my information when they knew it had been a couple years since I’ve been here bc they even told me they had moved locations since I had been there. I even had spoke to them about confirming my appt this week. I’ve been waiting for a month for this appt to walk in after driving here to be told sorry we can’t see you today but here’s an appointment in another month. Absolutely ridiculous."
"Literally made an account to share with you my experience with this place. I want to start off by saying Dr. Amy Sobas has been a family doctor of mine, and an excellent one at that, since I was 7 years old, and I know 10000% for a fact that she would not have let how I was treated go down. This place is terrible. One nurse in particular has done nothing but lie. And then proceeded to wait an hour before my tele-visit appointment (on a day I called off work specifically) just to tell me I wouldn’t be able to speak with my doctor. Had this appointment scheduled for WEEKS being told this was all I needed in order to get my prescription that I need. I was even in contact with the office CONTINUOUSLY trying to make sure if this was okay and was told otherwise until the time of my appointment that I would need to be seen in person…. Now I asked for the the next available appointment in response and she didn’t give me a specific date, told me “ummm November” as it was like she was doing her absolute best to not have me as a patient entirely. Extremely rude and I asked the opportunity to reschedule to make it as soon as possible and they told me I was fine and I could have gotten one a MONTH in advance… was also told originally that I would be able to get a small weeks script until my main visit and now that seems to not be the case…. then my mother calls because I’m all sorts of furious and they tell her I can get in TODAY!?!??! These people are completely out of sorts and the one nurse should not be a nurse in family practice whatsoever. She’s a liar and held a personal grudge towards me offering little to no help at all. She has played games with me for 2-4 weeks and canceling on the day of is absolutely ridiculous. This medicine being very crucial for how I live life on a day-to-day basis has also got me panicking in ways I can’t even comprehend at the moment. And now they won’t even let me speak to my doctor. BY FAR the worst care I’ve EVER seen by any sort of medical care center. Absolutely a JOKE and this is so not right"
"Dr. Ostrowski was my doctor, and after a bad car accident we went to this office to follow up. This was set up previously and no known problems were discussed, as I arrived with my walker and sling the receptionist told us auto accidents and medical don’t go together.. so we unexpectedly were out of luck when my injuries were said to be followed up on and treated. There was supposedly a voicemail (no details provided on what exactly was said) and after review of my phone and my emergency contacts, we did not receive any messages from this office. I walked away with the door almost taking me down as my walker got hit by their door closing too fast on me, and was only aided by my father who took me to the appointment. I will not return and will be finding a new doc.. but I am hoping this experience does not happen to anyone else who is in need of care."
