"Moved out of there about 3 months ago. The only problem I had, and it was twice. The upstairs neighbor kids would stomp on the floor past midnight, waking me up. I told the manager both time and she said after the second time that if they do it again call the police. I had very limited interactions with her but the ones I did (via phone call about the stomping) I got nothing done about it. However, I had 2 maintenance calls about my tube and vent fan and it was fix within a day. I think its a hit or miss with this place, looks like a lot of misses. Rent at your own risk!"
"Had just got new property manager & was nothing like the previous property manager. Sorry to say this but I knew it was gonna be a lot of people moving out with her."
"I've been a tenant here since 2007. All the other reviews are accurate in the fact that the property manager, Diane, is a nightmare. I recently moved into a different apartment within the same complex, and have had multiple maintenance issues. Diane has been nothing but rude and unprofessional in general, and dismissive of my concerns. My heat does not work properly, and she sent maintenance to tell me that they can't fix it, because the heating unit is "complicated". There has definitely been a decline in the overall appearance and upkeep of the complex since she has been here. Has anyone been able to go above her head to complain? I'm wondering why and how she is still here, because she is absolutely terrible!"
"Just got off the phone inquiring about an apartment & the management had an attitude that I was even calling!!!! She immediately said she had nothing available and in response, I said I wasn’t looking to move immediately anyway. I wasn’t looking to move until around April, & she said “well my tenants haven’t told me that they are moving out yet so I don’t want you to think that you can move in.” As a professional, I am absolutely appalled at the complete ignorance and unprofessional phone etiquette. & I was willing to compromise a date if/when they had availability. I wouldn’t want to live there with management that speaks this way to prospective customers."
"What a dump! I lived there from 1999 until 2012. The place got an influx of lowlifes from Gary and gradually went downhill. It got to the point where I saw the police there almost every day. The management got lazier and lazier until they stopped putting lights over the stairwells leading to an unsafe condition. There is noise from the trains blowing their horns at the intersection directly behind the buildings. I finally moved out when the management wouldn't do anything about the guy downstairs that liked to turn up his television to a volume that rattled the walls and floor. You'll sign a lease but the management only enforces it against people they choose to enforce it against. I had to pay two months rent in order to get out of there because of that jerk who made all the noise. The place hasn't gotten any better, I read in the paper that a girl got raped there. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this ghetto slum."
