"Very VERY POOR UP KEEP I LIVE ON FIRST FLOOR AND MY APARTMENT HAVE BEEN HAVING WATER LEAKAGE SINCE IVE BEEN HERE MAINTENANCE CANT FIX PROBLEMS THE BUILDING MANAGERS VERY RUDE COULD NEVER SPEAK TO DAVID'S JUST SLUM LORD'S AND WAY WAY OVER PRICED NOTHING NEVER GET FIXED OR CORRECTED"

"Don’t even think about it everything is old. You literally going to waste your money Ms. Davis is never there my shower was broken for 2 weeks and she told me to take a bowl from my sink and fill up my bathtub. If your a younger tended don’t even think about it they do not like younger tended. Cheap , rude n over priced."

"If you are a woman with a child DO NOT live in the 1740 126 building .. I recently just moved out and my first month there I heard women screaming I thought maybe it was the tv until I read reviews posted while residing here I told the lady at the desk and she laughed it off . My neighbor was very weird and boredline stalker I told the office about it and they did nothing . He called the police saying there was a woman screaming in the building and they came directly to my door it seems funny that they knew which apartment to go to and only went to mine and no one else .. the Calumet park police department know there is something going on and may not have proof but this building is not safe and no woman should live here alone or with a child .. please I felt unsafe every night and had to start carrying knives when i went into the house .. please don’t stay here they need to investigate this building"

"Apartments are wayyy over priced. Poor quality, the make ready/ porters half do their job. Application process is simple, deposit is a full months rent. Apartments are not well kept at all. No central air. Unclean at move in. Beyond basic, your apartment will be equipped with the bare minimum. Not impressed at all feel kind of cheated"
